Keeping bus stops safe, clean, and welcoming is essential to delivering a great rider experience, but identifying issues across an entire network can be challenging. The Operator Route Maintenance form allows your operators in the field to quickly report issues at stops and shelters in real time. Whether it’s broken glass, excessive trash, graffiti, or other hazards, operators can log the problem with just a few taps.
While servicing their route, operators simply open the Forms icon on the TCH (Transit Control Head) and select the Route Maintenance Form. From there, they can choose from a customizable list of potential issues, configured by your agency in CleverWorks. Once submitted, two important things happen:
Operators can also view previously submitted forms for each route and trip, ensuring transparency and clear documentation throughout the day.
